Katy Parsons is a Partner in Aviara Real Estate, an invitation only, top producing, Conejo Valley Real Estate Company. She has also served as an Ombudsman for the Conejo Association of Realtors where she is called upon to help resolve real estate issues between buyers, sellers, and agents. She has been a Realtor for over a decade and has been awarded repeatedly for her production.

She was invited to join Aviara Real Estate in 2007 because of her proven production year after year at Prudential California Realty combined with her strong ethics, solid knowledge of the real estate market, and dedication to her clients. Since joining Aviara she has served for two years on the Education Committee, has been on the Board of Directors as Treasurer, and is currently serving on the Budget and Finance Committee. She has also developed a team that helps her serve all of her client’s needs.

Katy holds an Honors Degree in Mathematics and a Masters Degree in Education. She was a highly successful Administrator and Math Teacher at California Lutheran University for ten years. During this period, Katy developed her taste for real estate and purchased multiple properties that prompted her to switch to an equally successful career in Real Estate!

She is married with two children; Scott, who is 21 years old, is currently studying at the University of California Santa Cruz and Craig, who is 18 years old, is enjoying his second year of high school. In her free time she likes to sail, snowboard, and spend time with her family.
